On the morning of Sunday May 5th 2013, each Nordkapp Challenge team member started their 5,000 mile journey from a different UK Morgan Dealership.
They were joined enroute by numerous Morgan enthusiasts, before converging at Brands Hatch Morgan. The procession then continued south east until they reached the coast at Ashford, where they took the Channel Tunnel to mainland Europe.
Then the team journeyed through France, Belgium and Holland in quick succession and they began to turn towards the north and head for Denmark.
After Denmark, the group briefly entered Sweden before routing towards Norway and the city of Oslo. Then it was the long trek north as they covered mile upon mile of the increasingly more challenging terrain.
As the traffic, population and even vegetation became increasingly sparse, the team continued north until they eventually reached their destination of Nordkapp, one of the most northern mainland destinations in Western Europe.
